ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ


О международном конкурсе по шашечной композиции,
«Беларусь - 2010»

Конкурс организуется газетой «Культура» совместно с комиссией по шашечной композиции Белорусской федерации шашек.

1. Цели и задачи:
- Выявления лучших произведений в предлагаемых жанрах.
- Повышения мастерства шашечных композиторов.
- Популяризации шашек средствами шашечной композиции.
- Укрепление связей шашечных композиторов Беларуси с шашечными композиторами зарубежных стран.

2. Правила проведения конкурса:

Конкурс проводится по трем категориям:
Категория A: задачи-100
Категория B: проблемы-100
Категория С: Дамочные проблемы-100 (дамочная проблема – проблема, содержащая дамку(и) в начальной позиции).

Конкурс проводится согласно требованиям правил композиции (часть 1.) Международных Правил CPI FMJD (соответственно для Задач и Проблем) по правилам для соревнований (часть 2.) Международных Правил CPI FMJD для Проблем.

Темы по категориям:
Категория A: задачи-100. Тема свободная.
Категория B: проблемы-100 (без дамок в начальной расстановке). Проблема должна заканчиваться экономным финалом-блокировкой (лишение ходов шашек черных), которая может возникать как сразу после комбинации, так и после эндшпиля.
Обязательные условия для категории В:
а) белые начинают и выигрывают;
b) в начальной расстановке минимальное количество шашек 12х13 или 13х12, максимальное – 20х20.
Категория С: Дамочные проблемы-100.
Обязательное условие – не менее 2-х композиционных разветвлений в любой стадии игры (Если разветвление в эндшпиле, то эндшпиль должен быть новый) .К композиционному разветвлению приравнивается композиционный ложный след в комбинации, но не в эндшпиле. В начальной расстановке должно быть хотя бы у одной из сторон более шашек, чем максимально допустимое количество для этюдов (не менее 5-и у белых или, не менее 8-и у черных.). Других силовых ограничений нет.

Конкурс проводятся заочно с 09 – 05 – 2010 по 09 – 05 - 2011.
Участники могут представить на конкурс не больше, чем 2-х новых произведения, в каждой категории с указанием решения, фамилии и адреса участника.
Композиции отсылаются на адрес газеты «Культура»: 220013, Беларусь,Минск, пр.Независимости,77, редакцыя г. «Культура», Шашки, или электронной почтой: kultura@tut.by с обязательной копией на электронный адрес координатора конкурса Шульги В.И. [shulga-@mail.ru ] .
Последний день отсылки произведений – 09. 05. 2010 г. (день кончины Г. Далидоввча)
Объявление окончательных итогов - 09. 05.2011 г.
Для непосредственного проведения конкурса создается судейская коллегия:
Категория A: М. Федоров (Украина), В. Рычка (Украина), А. Резанко (Беларусь).
Категории B и С: J. Bus (Германия), В. Студенцов (Литва), Г. Шестириков (Росcия), И. Ивацко (Украина), Н.Грушевский (Беларусь).
Координатор – В. Шульга (Беларусь).

3. Определение победителей:

Каждая композиция оценивается и получает место.
Конечной оценкой каждой отдельной задачи (Категория A) является среднеарифметическое значение соответствующих оценок всех судей.
Kонечной оценкой каждой отдельной проблемы (Категории B и C) является среднеарифметическое значение оценок, оставшихся после удаления двух из общего числа соответствующих судейских оценок - высшей и низшей.

4. Награждение:

Авторы композиций, в каждой из категории занявших 1 – 3 места, награждаются дипломами.
Положение конкурса согласованно с CPI FMJD. Участникам конкурса, согласно действующему Статуту CPI FMJD, начисляются баллы для присвоения международных званий.

THE STATUTE

of the International Draughts Composition Tourney
"BELARUS – 2010"

The tourney is organised by the newspaper "KULTURA" jointly with the Draughts Composition Commission of the Belarusian Draughts Federation.

1. Objectives and Goals:

- Revelation of the best compositions in the proposed sections.
- Draughts composors’ skills improvement.
- Popularization of the game of draughts through the means of the draughts composition.
- Strengthening of the connections of the draughts composors of Belarus with the foreign countries’ draughts composors.

2. Regulations:

The tourney is heald in three sections:
Section A: Zadachas-100
Section B: Problems-100
Section C: King-Piece Problems-100 (King-Piece Problems: problems containing a king(s) in the initial position).

The tourney is heald in accordance with the demands of the rules for composing (Part 1.) of the International CPI FMJD Rules (for zadachas and problems, respectively), in line with the rules for competitions (Part 2.) of the International CPI FMJD Rules for problems.

Themes in the Sections:
Section A: Zadachas-100. No special theme.
Section B: Problems-100 (without kings in the initial position). The problem must end with the economical blocking-final-position (blocking: Black having no moves) which may be gained either after the combination immediately or after the end-game position.
The obligatory conditions for the section B:
a) White to move and force a win;
b) in the initial position, the minimal number of pieces 12х13 or 13х12, the maximal 20х20.
Section C: King-Piece Problems-100. The obligatory condition: not less than 2 compositional variations in any phase of the play (with the variation branching in the end-game position, the end game must be new). To the compositional branching into variations is equated the try play in the combination but not in the end-game position. In the initial position, at least one of the opponent’s number of pieces must be larger than the maximum admissible number in the endgame studies (i.e. not less than 5 white pieces and not less than 8 black ones). No further force restrictions.

The tourney is conducted by correspondence from May 9th, 2010 till May 9th, 2011.
For each section, may be submitted not more than 2 new compositions, along with the indication of the solution, and the participant’s name and address.

The closing date: May 9th, 2010 (the date of Garry Dalidovich’s decease).
The announcement of final results: May 9th, 2011.
The panel of judges includes:
Section A: M.Fyodorov (Ukraine), V.Rychka (Ukraine), A.Rezanko (Belarus).
Sections B and C: J. Bus (Germany), V.Studentsov (Lithuania), G.Shestirikov (Russia), I.Ivatsko (Ukraine), N.Grushevsky (Belarus).

3. The winners determination:

Each composition is awarded both a mark and a rank.
The final mark of each entry in Section A shall be the average of the respective marks of all judges.
The final mark of each entry in Sections B and C shall be the average of the marks remained after discarding two, the highest and the lowest, of all the respective judge’s marks.

4. Prize Awarding:

The authors of compositions having taken, in any section, the places 1–3 are awarded with diplomas. The Tourney Statute is recognised by the CPI FMJD. The tourney participants, for the attribution of the international titles, shall be awarded, in accordance with the Statute of the CPI FMJD, Master Points.
5. Announcements:
